Dominion City began in Nigeria in 1996, founded by Dr David Ogbueli. We are one family in more than fifty nations, sent to change the places we live in.

What We Believe
The historic Christian faith, in plain words.
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God, our final authority for faith, doctrine and daily living.
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit, the Holy Trinity.
We believe in the full divinity and humanity of Jesus Christ, the Son of God: his virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension and future return.
We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. All who repent and believe are forgiven, made new, and adopted into God’s family.
We believe in the person and work of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and empowers you, gives spiritual gifts, and produces the fruit of a transformed life.
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, a family drawn from every nation, called to worship God, help each other grow, and serve the world.
We believe God has called his people to take godly dominion: to bring the influence of his Kingdom into every sphere of life, transforming individuals, communities and nations.
We aim to assist each other in the pursuit of spiritual growth, to build a relationship with God, and personal growth, to raise leaders and model Christians who will positively impact their environment.
To raise and develop sons and daughters in Christ, empowering them to transform society through various spheres of life, grounded in beliefs shaped by scripture.
The good news of Jesus is the heartbeat of everything we do, and the Bible is our foundation for faith and living.
We celebrate diverse nations worshipping together, in a church where everyone belongs and is valued.
Gatherings
We meet on Wednesday evenings. Our gathering is the Oshawa Believers Circle. Sunday services are in view.
We are early, and that is the best time to arrive. Come on a Wednesday and be at the front of what God is doing in this city.
